Static IP Addressing

Edit or create the file

/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0

so that it contains the following lines. You must enter the static IP

address, subnet mask, and gateway values given to you by your

service provider after the appropriate equal sign.

DEVICE=eth0

BOOTPROTO=static

ONBOOT=yes

IPADDR=

NETMASK=

GATEWAY=

Logging into the Zoom Configuration Manager

Edit or create the file

/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0

so that it contains the following lines.

DEVICE=eth0

BOOTPROTO=static

ONBOOT=yes

IPADDR=10.0.0.10

NETMASK=255.255.255.0

GATEWAY=10.0.0.2

(Note that for IPADDR, you can enter any value

between 10.0.0.4 and 10.0.0.20.)
